Electrical New Radio, No Dash Lights, No Tach

So I had a buddy of mine wire up a radio tonight. Now my tach doesn't read and the dash lights won't come on. I checked the interior lights fuse and it is all good. I'm not the best when it comes to electrical so I need some help...


EDIT: Talked to the guy who installed the radio, said he popped a fuse out thinking it was a spare. I think I've found my problem...
