welcome. Looks like you have some work ahead of you. The list of parts that are allegedly on the car are bunch of thrown together parts. What was teh $1200l for the replacement motor? DId they put in new gaskets, seals. bearings, water or oil pump or is it a junkyard motor. All I see is a new pickup screen.
Here is my 2 cents ( do not take this personally as I'm not pulling apart your car. I am just trying to pass on 40 years of working on these cars and what works)
no one wastes money to port stock heads unless they are going for a nostalgic look or in a secific class. For the same $300 you can bolt on a set of explorer/gt40 heads and pick up 30 hp
E303 camshaft with that combo is a dog. the power band doesn't kick in until 3000 and has a 110 LSA so the idle is going to be crappy
Underdrive pulleys will create charging and cooling problems, especially with your stock 65 amp alternator. Not worth the 5 hp at 5000 rpm. Put a set of stock pulleys back on
Swap out the stock 65 amp 2g alternator with a 3g 130 amp
Looks like they replaced the stocl clutch fan with a cheap flex fan. I'd gp back to the stock clutch fan setup
MSD ignition box is worthless on a stockish n/a motor and they fail more often then not. MSD distriibutors are worse and will fail at some point. Better off running the stock ignition and a FOMOCO or Cardone distributor.
What MAF? Did they reuse the stock 58MM one? That is a chokepoint
What ratio rear end gears? Did they replace the bearings and seals?
What brand cluitch. Did they install a new alum quadrant and firewall adjuster? What brand cable or did they not replace that?
Hope you didn't pay more than $1500 for it.
