New tools you've started to use and now can't live without

3/8"drive air rachet - I wore one out and am working on my second one. That along with the 3/8" drive air impact wrench - world's best tool for driving deck screws used to build outdoor projects. Next is the 60 gal air compressor with an A/C condenser helps to cool the air & a moisture separator to get rid of the water. It doesn't look much like the Home Depot unit it started out as.

i agree on the stepped drill bit from harbor freight, i just used mine for the first time yesterday and it worked great helping a friend install hood pins and stepping up the sizes to get the best fit. What a time saver! also... you guys just convinced me to buy ratcheting wrenches and a cordless impact.

my choices would have to be a rivet gun, dvm, and drill bits with the hex heads. no more slip.:nice:

It sounds really simple, but the ratcheting multi-size wrenches. I have two that cover a total of 8 wrench sizes, you can basically pull apart or put together a lot of simple things without having a pile of sockets and wrenches next to your work space.

What brand wrenches do you have? I've been meaning to pick up a set of those. Sockets suck sometimes.

Wtf is that? Wife's power tool?
looking for a replacement?

:spit:

I looove my airtools. I tried going the cordless route, but the batteries never last as long as they should. Replacing them was as expensive as the tool it's self... Aaand they were DeWalt, too.

Compressor never runs outa juice. Air FTW!:nice:
