New tools you've started to use and now can't live without

Since i'm a shadetree mechanic and don't use them every day, i've been happy with the stuff i've gotten at harbor freight thus far! I got an Air die grinder, 1/2 inch impact gun, and a 3/8 ratchet.
it's so funny all the hate that people spew about their products. For throw away chit it's great. Ive gotten some good stuff there as well.

I've also had great luck with Harbor Freight stuff. My engine hoist and stand are built well enough for me to trust $10k worth of engine hanging from them. Some of their stuff I probably wouldn't touch, but I have their 4.5" grinder, heat gun, and electric cutting shears and all are working great with a lot of use and abuse.

I bought a complete bearing splitter/puller set for around $29 and it came with several pullers. A single unit from anywhere else was over a hundred dollars and these work great.. some of their stuff is cheap, but if you use your head about what you buy, you can save a TON of money buying there.

You can't escape me. See that trash can kicked over in front of your house? That's strypes. Know who kicked it over? That's right, this guy.

The best tools I have bought in the last 6 months that I wish I had purchased a lot sooner was the Matco 1/4 drive cordless impact gun and cordless 1/4 drive ratchet, both 10.8 volt lithium/ion rechargeable. The impact gun does about 50 lb/ft torque and is amazing. The ratchet is so compact it fits almost everywhere. It is so nice to not have an air hose dragging across everything. The batteries charge up fast and last a long time. Mind you I wrench for a living, so I use the hell out of these tools.

You know a lot of the Craftsman stuff is made in China now.

I've bought a few things from HF, including an electric impact and a table vice and I LOVE them. HF is like that trashy girl you hooked up with in college... You're embarrassed to talk to your friends about it, but doing it was awesome.
