Came home from work today, open the door to stash the car and see a 05 600RR just sitting there....
Walk by the workbench and see this note.." The RR is ready to ride...and don't baby it !!
Well ya dont have to ask me twice....I jumped on and racked up a dozen miles or so around town...its only got like 35 miles on it..
My Son's roomate bought it last week....He's got 2 more wks til he gets his license back..so there it sits...we can pretty much have it whenever we want...We tend to share our toys...
I was pretty impressed with the bike....rode it last week around the block..ya it was nice...This week we did a Jardine slip-on and fabbed up something for the plate and lights...the stock rear fenders are funky to say the least...Bikes got some hit for a 600....pulls damn hard for a 600..
We sold our bikes 2 yrs ago, GSXR750 and a Z9, so its great to have a bike to tool around on...and the slip-on sounds sweet...
I can see a 1000RR in my future...

She knows I want another one....she even asked me if I took it out....dumb question... Then she said, you should get one next year...a brand new one...Hell ya...
I wanted one this year but dropped 10k remodeling her kitchen...so that kinda killed it for this year...
When we looked at this one 2 wks ago, some dude bought the Black 1000RR sitting next to it....11.3k..

I've wanted to get back in the bike scene. My wife said to just shoot myself it would be quicker. People where I live don't care about bike riders. Too many injuries and deaths so I'll stick to four wheels and steel.

Bikes are so badass but I still think they are too dangerous, plus then I would have no need for my slow/gas guzzling mustang.

This bike was fun. Made mad torque. That's Roger (Green94 5.0) on it not me. We sent Steve-O up to the store for RTV and he brang it back with a 125MPH ticket. Japanese bikes can't keep up with this thing around the twisties. Just an amazing road course bike. It was later stolen and never recovered.

Its weird...everywhere you go you get the thumbs-up and people looking...Must be a popular bike...
If I didnt want something so the Wife could take a ride, seldom she does, this 600 would be the balls...Its got more than enough sack for all around riding...600's have come along ways in 5 yrs or so...maybe thats why they killed of the 750's....these things are crazy fast for a 600...
My Son bought this the beginning of the Summer...I rode it the day he got it. 450WF...He ripped about 40 lbs of it, piped it, tweaked it some more...I haven't been back on it yet...Thing sounds nasty as hell piped..I'm used to 2 stokes... you know where the powerband is... but this thing hits like crazy outta nowhere...

Anyone looking for a mint 250R??? this one for sale...

Sweet I got a 86 (parked not used anymore). Looked kinda like mine. Mines the same color and has the bumper removed Its cool how they made them so it looks like you have a roll pan bumper and you don't thave to pay for it lol. Mines beat typical Toyota rusted out the wheel wells so theres Bondo fiberglass filing in the holes. I can't seem to bring myself to sell it. It was my first truck and I worked on it to get it back on the road. It was my dads and he blew the HG then told me if i fixed it i could have it. That was fun never worked on an engine before that thing.

I always thought about restoring it and making it a show truck. Lifted with big ass tires and a 283 or 350. Lately I have been thinking what it woudl be like to turbo the stock 4 cyl lol be fun till it blew up

You mean one of these bad boys... We found one with tha same blown head gasket...the guys was pissed as he just bought the head and they intsalled it wrong and then it started wrapping...Thing was mint for that year...we yanked the motor and sent it out to be machined...Was a neat truck as it wasn't all rusted to chit as usual...Crazy pale Yellow though..
This one had a small lift kit in it...

This is his other truck....Its for sale too..Wants to buy some land...
