I went to the track last night despite the fact that the car has computer problems. Surprising night. I took my latest car which is a 91LX with an AOD. The car is purpose built to run on nitrous and despite the fact that its got a built motor with AFR 185's its a pooch on the motor. I ran on Pony's last night. My local track is @ over 3000ft. Running a 100hp shot. With that out of the way:
Pass 1: Bottle empty......14.0 @ 99
Pass2: Left the track, got some nitrous. 60 ft 2.3, MPH 113, ET 13.20
Pass3: Car hot, Computer acting up. Surging Mid track. 60 ft 2.15, MPH 109, ET 12.90
I leave the car in "D" the whole way. Usually, I run a 275/60/15 BFG drag radial. Running 4.10's- I think I should get 3.90's or 3.73's. I plan on running a 200hp shot next time. Any thoughts?
