New wheels & springs on 05 convertible (pics)

I finished installing my springs and wheels on my 05 convertible. I snapped a bunch of pics for those interested.

Before and after springs (Eibach Pro-Kit) with stock wheels:

Awesome pics man Thats exactly what I'm planning on doing when I get mine in. That drop fills the gap perfectly. Question did you have any problem with alignment both front and back and if you did what did you use to fix it? ie camber plates and panhard bar.

Wheels just went on today and I haven't had a chance to get the alignment yet. I'm hoping they can get it aligned without caster / camber plates.

Also, if you look carefully at the pictures you can see that the rear wheels are just a shade closer to the drivers side, so it looks like I'm going to need to get an adjustable panhard to correct that. The Pro-Kit springs dropped it a little more than I expected, but I love the look.

Thanks everyone. Yes, the springs brought it down more than I thought they would, but I love the look and the ride is still nice.

That is my car...w/o the lowered ride.

That look is so sweet, even w/o the bigger wheels.

Do you bottom out bad? What about handling vs ride harshness?

I haven't bottomed out yet on anything. Ride is firm but not harsh at all. The car feels much tighter with the springs. No more body roll going around hard turns and not as much weight transfer when braking or accellerating. Feels great.

It looks very nice. It is just a little too low for my taste, but it looks very good. I think it would look a little better if your wheels stuck out just a little more. Chrome wheels and metallic paint seems to go together quite well. Nice car!

I went with the H&R OE Sport Springs for my '06 GT coupe. The drop is supposed to be 1" for the front and .75" for the rear. I'm getting magnesium colored ROH Drift Rs as well (19x9/19x10). Now all I need is the car to get here...

I have a redfire V6. Ive got vert envy, but the wife hates verts...so, its a coupe for me. I like the drop, but I still think the upgrade GT wheels look the best so far. Nice package, looks graet, and is a blast to drive.

The finish on the car is just the stock finish. Haven't even waxed it yet.

I'm not even sure. They didn't have the weight listed and I didn't take the time to weigh them.
