I'd say gears.
Ha ha. I got to say it first.
Trust me and there will be others that will agree with me. I drive an hour each way to work, cruising 80-90. I have 3.73's and no issues. I think 90 mph is around 27-28 in the RPM's. There are calculators if you want to be exact, but no gas mileage problems or anything. It's all good when it comes to gears. People will probably tell you to go 4.10's. I have 3.73's so I can't speak for the higher gears. The only problem is, with install it's gonna be more than $350, but it's worth every penny.
Other than that, I would say Steeda pullies, a timing adjuster, mayber Accufab TB/Plenum. I have a Predator and I liked that, as a mod and on the SOTP meter.
Alot depends on your long term plans. ALso is it an auto or manual, do you visit the strip?
Just my .02

i knew that was coming...
well about the gears, what will it actually do for me? i know basically the gears are shorter resulting in more time spent in the maximum HP range, but will i notice a difference in acceleration? i want something that will give me a good increase in acc., and ive heard underdrive gears are especially good for low end torque. also, what exactly does the timing adjuster do, and what benifits will i see from it. basically if i get gears, thats all i will be able to buy for a while, so i was thinking of maybe getting some pulleys and something else. thanks alot, as u can see im still pretty new to all this. oh and btw its manual.

gears will greatly help with accel... As far as pullies go..if you plan to go blown you may be wasting your money as from what I hear you cant run the pullies with a SC..someone care to correct me? but if you want to stay NA then I say go gears and THEN pullies!

Yeah i think the UDP's are a good choice. I'm not going that route b/c of the KB in my future. I go by the SOTP meter, cause I don't get to the track much. I've heard some people can feel the UDP's. The timing adjuster advances your timing for some extra HP, but then you have to run higher octance gas to avoid detonation, sounds like someone shaking a tin can with rocks in it and this is not good for your engine. So if you don't want to run more expensive gas, forget that one. The handheld tuners are in your $350 range. I'm not going to say which one to get, just search for SCT or Predator and you'll have plenty of debates to read. My predator was used to adjust the speedo for my gears, turn off the light due to offroad prochamber, advance the timing (running higher octane gas now) or retard the timing when the blower comes in, and it gave me a bit more torque and better throttle response. There are lots of other things you can use the tuner for, but I'm still playing with it and learning. If you can save up maybe go with long tubes or VT cams. Here in florida we are blessed with no emmissons testing. But brands of LT's are another debate you might want to do a search about. And if you can do the install yourself you'll save lots of money. VT stage I is about 22 hp and Stage II's around 33 hp. Stage I no need to change springs, stage II require spring change = more money and II's benfit from a dyno tune. More info than you want but I'm bored as hell.

if you dont plan on running 90 down the interstate every single day then go 4.10's there is nothing like it! Well..unless oyu went 4.30 or something crazy but then you better stick to the city streets..4.10's will for sure put you in the seat very well
