Twin charging for a lot of reasons is silly. If you want to go big go with a big single and tear the SC off the car.
Noted.Thanks Kevin, no thanks Brian.

Yes. The FPDM stands for "Fue Pump Driver Module". The upgrade is to just get another one to add to your system. (I bought another one for $40 shipped off SVTP and made my own wiring harness using pigtails I bought from Tousley Ford)Also, is the FPDM the pump drivers? What is the upgrade?
Kevin, I have the big Sniper Bazooka MAF meter. Its supposed to support like 700 or 800 hp so do I still need the Mafia?
I guess that depends on your interpretation of "overly complex". One mans complexity is anothers attention to detail. Its certainly got a lot more parts than a stock Cobra blower or Twin Screw swap, but its no more complex than any twin turbo instal.1) overly complex

Does that scare you? Two turbo's and a blower? FYI, when combined all in one system, the blower and turbo RPM is actually lower than they would be if installed as single power adders on their own. That's the entire point of the system. You don't have to spin each power adder drastically in order to move airflow and presurize the system.2) lots of high spinning components
I'll assume you're talking about discharge tempuratures? If so....you consider 120-deg discharge temps on back to back runs and an average of about 100-110-deg a lot of heat? And that's with the system pullied and spun making 1,188 rwhp and 1,015rwtq. You can bet discharge temps would be lower as blower and turbo RMP are slower. Hell, I'm putting out 170-deg with my overspun Eaton M90S and I'm not hardly making 1/3 the power!3) more heat is created
First off, I stated that the kit was over 1000hp capable and adjustable for different power levels...not that bolting it on saddles you with 1000hp right off the bat.4) 1000+ HP doesn't have street manners, stop fooling yourself.

And...what's your point? Do you plan on doing your own tuning? I'll leave that up to the shop running the dyno personally. If it costs me another hour or so worth of dyno time for that kind of power, I'd gladly pay it!5) More complex tuning
You sure about that?I could keep going if you'd like.

It is a much better set up than a modified FPDM because it lowers your Fuel Pump Duty Cycle. It gives each GT Pump it's own FPDM. (Just like the factory did on the Ford GT and new Shelby GT500's.) I have the wiring diagrams and everything when you are ready.
I can also help you source the parts for the system and save you a few hundred dollars.
If you already have the Sniper MAF then you should be OK and not need the MAFIa. (I forgot you had that already)

LOL... You won't have any trouble getting 600 RWHP. It's MUCH different than the Eaton. It pulls much harder and doesn't drop off. 3rd gear with the TS pulls like the Eaton in 2nd.Thanks Kevin, big help!
As soon as I have the house sold I will be ordering the parts. I can do all the intall on everything and then I guess I will order the bigger software pack for my tuner and bring it down to that place you like and have her tuned
Guess I will hold off on the meth injection. I was always wishy washy on it but my father was so hyped up about them that I figured I would get one to shut him up
But if its good for 20 or more horses then I may still get it as they are cheap.
If I get over 600 rwhp though I will be very happy. Can I get one of thoes fancy badges like you have when I do it?
The power the car has now is excellent but I would like to just be planted in the seat when @ WOT in the higher gears too. I think another 150 or so horses over what I have should fill the bill
I will be doing the head cooling mod at the same time and already have the bigger heat exchanger and rad so I should be ok in the heat department. Also the Twin drops the IAT over the heaton so thats another plus![]()

you def. need 60 lb injectors if not more...you could go with twin gt pumps and be set for well over 1000 hp....be careful w/ pushing 600 hp though...my buddy's 03 cobra had a 2.3 whipple on it and was pushing 590 and blew a hole through his block....he was also tuned by james from RWTD so you know the tune was good...i'm pretty sure your stock rails are good... again my buddy's 03 had stock rails stock pumps w/ 60s and kb bap...his fuel was close to tapping out but not quite...good luck!!!! should be a beast when all said and done
At least he's going TT now. Good luck Lasera broken cobra crank?!?!?!?
Brian, enough about the compound boost!

Compound boost is Banger's new TorkTech - not that he was wrong about torktech though

I have seen several broken Cobra cranks.a broken cobra crank?!?!?!?
I have seen several broken Cobra cranks.
Every one of them had an aftermarket lower pulley. The aftermarket lower pulley's do not have a "Cage" support like the factory to help the strain put on by the blower.
The factory pulley's also have rubber bushings in the middle of where it attaches to the hub to help with harmonics. The aftermarket ones do not.
Ahhhh. That was gonna be my next question cause i was there that night the dude with the yellow Cobra broke hisI have seen several broken Cobra cranks.
