i have a nos dry kit with the jets for 80 and 150 shot. the 80 are in there now. what would it take to run the 150 jets? i have stock injectors, a walbro 255 pump, and adjustable fpr. i heard about putting a shim in the nitrous regulator and it ups the fuel pressure but should i wait until i get new injectors? i remember seeing a post with the range of hp ratings for the injectors but cant seem to find it.

its probobly about 450 for new injectors and maf. im sure i could rebuild the motor for about that or less. that and i have another 302 sitting on a stand in my garage but thats besides the point. i really dont need a tune. i backed the timing down and went to colder plugs. eventually i will get some kind of filp switch to run a seperate tune. still have not decided what tuning device or chip im going to get when i do get one.

back your timing around 6 degrees, and bump your FP up 2 lbs. Thats what i did for the 125 shot.

was that with stock injectors? does zex rate there numbers at the wheels? i recall reading that they do and nos rates it at the flywheel. if thats the case they should be a similar shot. does the zex kit have the two seperate jets. one for the nozzle and one for the regulator? if so what size are they? thanks

Zex measures at the flywheel. Not sure bout bout NOS. I cant recall the jets, but yes theres 2. And yes it was on stock injectors and stock fuel pump. But i ended up bowing a head gasket. But i also didn't have a FPR.
