I dont want to spray on my car yet because its stock internals...but i was wondering i got my Nitrous tank (a 24lb bottle) and had two questions about a purge system.

1) Depending on which purge system does it matter how much nitrous is actually purged (EX a tiny streak or a huge cloud ect.)

2) I am going to run the purge line just like speaker wire. Where would you suggest that i hook it up to? I was thinkin maybe my window squirters, but kinda wanted it to shoot out sideways.

Most people run the purge out the cowl around the wipers. You really can run it wherever you want to its pretty much preference really. My line runs underneath the carpet coming from the trunk up threw the firewall into the engine bay.

You have two different nozzles for purges that I have seen. The standard is one that comes out in a stream. ZEX makes some cool show purges that come out in a cloud. Theyre strictly for show. They also have lit ones an even one that sounds like a machine gun or something. Whatever floats your boat I guess. If I were you though I would skip all that and rig up the one that sprays nitrous and fuel into the intake. :hail2:

Ive run over 50 bottles thru mine on stock internals with a stock tune other than some adjusted shift points on the auto. I always use 93 octane an its never pinged or knocked. I had it dynoed the day I got it installed and the peaks are on the rich side. The power and torque are amazing

If the total bottle weight is 24lbs then it holds 10 lbs and it is termed a 10 lb bottle. Pretty sure Ive never seen one in a car that held more than 15 lbs.

run the purge line like speaker wire?
the purge solenoid is under the hood and usually has a small metal pipe that most squirt up through the cowl. You can hide it just below. you can mash the end of the tube to get a little different effect. Nitrous is to expensive to be blowing in the air IMO.

Nitrous is fine on stock internals , just so you don't get stupit with the shot.
Wet kits are better on 99 up in my opinion.

my purge come out in a duel stream out of the cowl. i used a y fitting on the purge seloniod and ran some copper line to the cowl and into some tips. ill post pics if you want.
