I was heading to work today and all was fine. Just a couple miles down the road, heading up a mountain (hill), the transmission starts slipping in OD, not allowing any acceleration.
Now the OD does not work, but it runs great in D and below. If I put it in OD it acts as if it is in neutral.
It is like driving around with 4.56's on the I-state.
What are my options? OD band? Do I NEED a full rebuild? I would like to keep this cost efficient but reliable.
