Hey guys
Yesterday my two 12v sockets stopped working.
Today I checked the power to the one by the shifter, and there was no power at the blue/white striped wire (with key on).

I saw that this wire runs back to where the e-brake is, and theres no power there as well. My other ashtray one has no power as well.
I checked the fuses, but I didn't know which fuse in particular to look for so I might have missed it. Everything else is working fine, including the convertible switch.

If worse comes to worse, there is a purple wire on that same harness that has 12v (I'm guessing it goes the the cv switch) that I guess I can tap into.
Anyone have any ideas?
Joe

Joe, in the underhood fusebox there's a 20 amp cig fuse. Check this diagram for fuse location (bottom right corner of box as it is depicted).

Good luck.

Hey guys,

sorry to hijack this thread but I have the same exact problem. I took the e-brake out while I was trying to fix it. Could this be why my cig. lighters aren't working? I'll check the fuse again but I believe all my fuses were working, last time I checked.
