no squat no lift????help

got a problem need some help
i have an 88 gt thats pretty stout
the car has tubbular k member koni struts bbk coil over kit with 450lb springs
the rear has ssm lift bars koni shocks. i just got m/t et dr 275 45 17 at 17lbs of air the car still wont hook???? still spining thru 1st and 10ft in 2nd -3rd
