ok, i'm changing the intake on my car, "cfi to carb swap" and it fits just fine, and looks so good, anyway. the old intake had the holes for the water in the front and rear, and the new intake has them in the front but in the rear it is just flat, no place for the water to pass through, can i still use the intake? it's a edel 289, thanks,

i use an edelbrock 289 on my stock 302(got a good deal on it), i'm not sure if its blocked off in the back but i have a chevy SB edel performer that is block in the back also...so it shouldent be a problem, i'll edit this when i check my intake

ok, so coming out of my heater core is the waterhose that goes to the heatsensor and intake, but befor that it has a "T" and i think used to go threw the egr and then the rear of the old stock intake, i can just bypass this then?
