i know both of those guys personally! lol....couple cool guys...Viper guy cant really drive all that well(shifted WAY to high for a Viper)l....and the guy in the Cobra is one hell of a driver....and if you watch the 2nd race its pretty dead even Viper was like a nose ahead, neither could pull...Vinny (kid with the Cobra) had a teal notchback before he got the Cobra....he sold the notch to another kid i know...that kid just got the notch dyno tuned at Larocca's in NJ and put down 503rwhp! :nice:  :spot:

oh and the Viper guy doesnt even have that car anymore...bought a 2004 White Mamba limited edition (#74 of 200) and is no sportin a 200shot lol

I couldn't really tell what was going on in the vid. They both looked slow to me... What is a White Mamba?
the chase car was a modded Cobra (the red one you see at the end of the vid so neither car can really pull away all that fast) the White Mamba is a limited edition Viper....

pics....this is the guy in the video's new car....

There's a guy that goes to car shows around here that has a new Viper with NOS........as if 505hp isn't enough. :)

Very nice car!
you can NEVER have enough HP... You reach what you think is enough, it gets old, make it more powerful, gets old again and so on and so on. There will never be enough :)

Hot damn. What a car!!

I feel dumb asking this but what is that propane tank looking thing?
the propane tank looking thing is well...a propane tank....supposedly it acts as a second fuel source...apparently when the button is hit it raises the octane level of the fuel to the equivelent of 110octane....helps out when youir spraying the 200shot of funny gas i guess....he also has a VEC 2 (a viper specific tuner somewhat similar to the tweecer)

True, true, true!

Actually, it's quite impressive at all the different mods available for Vipers. Almost everyone I've seen that's modded has its own unique set of mods. Rarely do these cars show up on a trailer, because most guys drive them straight to the shows with no fear at all. Very cool!

Most Viper owners I've talked to actually own 2 or 3 Vipers. Nice to see that they're just regular people who are very willing to talk with anyone.

LOL, i thought the propane was only for diesels too. That's something new to me.
Geez now everyone will be running around with a nitrous bottle AND a propane bottle...LOL The ricers will be running around with JUST the propane bottle in their trunk from their BBQ. Not hooked up to anything of course...LOL

I drove a 96 Viper GTS and i LOVED that car. So much power, awesome looks, great sound. Every corner you turn you see people staring...LOL
The Viper i drove had 3.73's, shorty shifter, reprogrammed computer, exhaust, and i believe a TB or MAF, but i'm not sure which one. The owner said that the computer remapping made a huge difference in rear wheel hp. If i remember right i believe he said it had 536 at the rear wheels with those mods. Absolutely sick!

yeah lots of guys have 1 Viper for the street and 1 for the track...but most of them open track em on road courses not at the strip....most of them are crazy cool people....
