I have a 1998 ford mustang gt with vortec Supercharger, comp cam xe-274 cam and an aftermarket short throw shifter. I elected the keep the stock t-5 transmission on the car. I am having a problem getting the car into 1st gear on some occassions. Sometimes I will be at a stop like and it will take me a few tries to get it into first gear, it just seems like the car doesnt want to go into gear. can anyone offer a suggestion as to whats going wrong with my car or my transmission?
