Just trying to gather some opinions here, and hopefully someone may read this thats had a similiar problem.
Noticed a weird noise coming home last night. Went out ot start the car this morning, and there is a "rattling" noise from the back/top of the engine.
It only rattles for about 3 seconds at a time, with about 5-10 seconds of no rattling at all in between.
The rattling noise is consistent with RPM's.
It's pretty loud, more like a clacking noise.
Umm, so obviously I'm going to have to tear the top of the motor off, I don't know if Im more scared to try and drive it, or take it apart to see what happended.
Just built this motor last winter...
Any input/suggestions what to look for would be helpful. Thanks.
