Just wanted to let you guys know, thus far on my supercharger install from Kenne Bell has not gone very well. The instructions are VERY poorly written, I have found at least 3 mistakes so far. Very frustrating. I am now to the part where I tighen down a bracket that supports the front of the SC right after the pulley, they made the holes over sized to elliminate stress on the SC they said, but my holes are off about 1/4 inch yet. I think I am going to have to drill out the already oversized holes to make it work with my car.
The instrctions told me to install the new thermastat housing, and they show a picture of one on the parts list. WHen I called them and asked where my housing was, they told me I didn't need it! So why would the stupid instructions say I needed one then?
When installing the supercharger, they tell you to install 2 studs in the rear of the intake manifold bolt locations. I do this. After I get the supercharger in place, the next step in the instructions are to install allen bolts right where they just told me to install the studs! WTH! I have had to remove and re-install the charger about 3x now do to inferrior instructions.
