Odometer Rolled Back and Frozen

I have had my car for about a month and a half now and i didnt notice until a couple days later that the jacka$$ who sold me the car has rolled back the Odometer and it is now frozen. It says 86,000 some odd miles but on the title dated in 2002, it states the car had 115,000 miles. I have decided to take it as a loss and im confident one day i will have her running like she did when she came off the showroom floor. Anyways, not being able to calculate the gas mileage is starting to irratate me and i would like to see if i can get a whole new odometer setup. ANybody have any links or anything i can explore? Maybe a solution? Thanks guys

i have a spare guage cluster from a 96,,, but that wont help you because it wont work... I'd make a police report about that he can get in some serious **** for it, and you can get some good money out of the deal, otherwise just search ebay for a new guage cluster, i doubt they are that expensive, probly like 30 bucks for a new one.

Found one for a 95 Cobra on there with the white faceplates. 160MPH. Will that work on my car?
