ok guys, i got a question for you all. i had a 2000 gt. well key word is had. it was totalled. some idiot lady ran a red light and i t-boned her. anyways, i took my UPR x-pipe off the car. i should of got the flows too.... i bought an 01 cobra that is all stock. will my x-pipe fit on this car?? and will it sound ok with stock mufflers??? or should i wait untill i get better exhaust to install the x-pipe??? thanks fellas.

Yes it will fit. Whether you want to install it now or not is up to you. I don't think you'll see much if any improvement though since you're still running the stock cat-back.

great, i thought it would fit. im not to worried about performance with this mod cause i know the cat-back is coming. i guess my main question is will it sound ok with the stock cat-back????...... :worship:

It should be much louder, but I don't know how it will sound. You are going from 4 cats to none.

it should sound good. the factory mufflers are ok sounding. a buddy of mine with a 99 did an o/r x with stock mufflers and it sounded good. louder than stock similar to a real quiet flowmaster.
