My dad might go to the pomona swap meet this weekend, I told him if he does to pick me up a rear end if he could. I have a site that says the Flang-to-flange distance is 52", but doesn't give perch distance (which i heard is the same for all 65-70 mustangs). Could anyone give me these numbers for the record?

I think flange measurements are far more important. It'd be a shame to miss out on a good rear end because the spring perch measurement (which can be easily moved) was wrong.

Flange to Flange - 52 1/4" (measured from the inside)
Spring Perch - 43" (measured from the center of each perch)

There was a housing only that went on ebay last week for $292 that met the above measurements.

The housing measures 52 1/4" flange to flange on the outside. The perches are 43" apart center to center. You should be able to find one at Pomona. Hopefully for a good price. I'll be there selling parts, but I don't have anything like what you're looking for. I think you can expect to pay about $300 for a complete rear for your car.

Cerritos is becomming commonplace for Vintage Mustang owners. You are the third person (myself included) in Cerritos.

Fuzzy Dice? Oh yea, now I see where you're from. That would explain it! :rlaugh:

Plenty of Mustangs around here. Both Classic and modern. I may have seen you around without knowing it. I have a laser red 96 Cobra and a 67 FB (still in the "project" stage). Where abouts do you live? I'm off of Gridley and 195th.
