and our usual last min pics. Charlie left early sunday, as did Tom's cobra. And Dan left before we could get him in the shot. Troy was loading up the car on the trailer so needless to say, we didn't get a whole group shot this year.

All in all, one hell of a time. Can't wait till next year.

Rich won 1st place and Paul got second on the 94-95 gt modified class. Charlie's 05 got 2nd in the 05-09 gt modified class. Troy got 2nd in the Super mod class. There was some other winners but i can't remember them all.

oh geez, you just had to bring that up Troy .....i wish i would have gotten a picture of that. too funny.

for all those that weren't there, pull up a chair it's story time boys and girls.
Saturday night we went out to dinner with Troy, his girlfriend, his sister, her husband, and paul all in troy's sister's husband's lincoln ls(?) and then me and my girlfriend in my car. we're cruising down a 4lane road (rt 11) and i pull up next to the car and and he honks for the go. mostly just messing around obviously but we get to a stoplight up the road a ways. We both stop, him in the left me in the right lane. there is a good size shoulder/turn lane perhaps. The light turns green and we pull away. A white buick regal driven by an old guy with his equally old wife just completely blow by me on the right and cut me off. I have no clue where he came from but he must have timed the light and just said screw it and completely pass me. Needless to say, i was dumbfounded and shocked as again, he came out of no where. Well of course these knucleheads over there (paul/troy) witnessed the whole thing and can't stop laughing that a buick blew my doors off.

As Paul put it:
worked 331 = $5,000
vortech supercharger = $3,000
getting pasted on the right by a 70 year old in a buick regal = priceless

don't get me wrong, i was speechless with surprise but then laughed my ass off.
