My car used 3 qts of oil 2 weeks ago. It was over a 7 day span. Yesterday I drove 140 miles each way (approx 300 total) and didnt have to add any oil at all.
Why would this happen?
I would say it must be leaking somewhere. Do a compression test (test rings), check for smoke when first starting (valve seals), and check for any obvious leaks.
