Oil dip stick tube?

Is there an oring on the end of the tube where it goes into the oil pan?
It looks like I may have a small leak and it seems to be mounted correctly.

Yep, there should be a small o-ring at the block end of the oil dipstick tube to seal oil from coming out. When you get the o-ring, install some high temp RTV around it to help.
