Guero, you'd really only want to run either PCV (with no breather) or just breathers. Mixing and matching leads to a lean condition (which you could probably just tune around - run a little rich).
With 94GTStang's insight, I like the idea of fabbing a baffle to fix the issue. Otherwise it's like cutting yourself where you need stitches. But instead of getting stitches (a baffle), you keep soaking through band-aids (using a separator, catch can, etc). It'd be best to get stitches (get the baffle corrected).
If you used breathers, I'd do closed ones with a remote dump so you dont have oilly vapor all over the engine bay.
