oil pressure problems

Im having an issue with seeing no oil flow...so no pressure, from where the pressure sender resides in the front of the block on the driver side.
The block is a dart sportsman, i have a 7qt canton oil pan with the required pickup.
And as of far i've tried 2 pumps.
The motor has 100 miles on it. i decided i needed a new intake and in the process i did a k-member and a few other things...but now i cant get any darn flow out that port.

please help, this issue is making miss my show that ive been working on getting the car too. this was the only thing holding me back from it.

yeah ive spun the pump counterclockwise trying to get it to prime. Seems like the pump picks up oil but doesnt send it anywhere. In the past ive been able to see the oil come out by the rockers and it doesn't appear its doing this either.
