When I last drove my car about 7 or 8 years ago the oil pressure gauge worked and I had bad main bearings. I now have a new motor and I am not sure if my guage is working now. I know it is not the sender because I already replaced that thinking that was the problem. Anyway, my oil pressure guage is toppping out or reading at 100 psi. That just don't seem right to me. What should normal PSI be? I am thinking maybe my in dash guage is bad. Any help would be appreciated.
