oil pump question?

i just got my frpp HV oil pump, and im no sure if a gasket, or o-ring is need where the oil pump bolts to the block as you can see in the pic, i have the o-ring that goes between the pick up tube and oil pump, and nothing came with it but in not sure if there supposed to be something there

no gasket, you use RTV silicone right there.
