I like the predator, but I think the Spartan will run circles around it and the SCT.

Yeah, I had the Spartan 2300 but it was just too damm complicated.
It adjusted Fuel/Air settings based on Inverted PCV Valve and Barometric pressure during initial startup.

you can read, and clear the codes. Turn of the MIL, and also read the data stream. It is a nice scan tool, I almost like it better than my snap-on,

You can clear them too. And the ones on your friends and family's Ford OBD-II vehicles.

I thought mabye since they have been out for a while now some of you may have some opinions on if they were worth it or not. Are they any good? I have a nitrous car and i'd like to be able to adjust Lean/Rich on it. Is there anyway to tune the air/fuel ratio?

I got mine back in May and feel it has been one of the best items I have purchased for the Mach1. Not only did it smooth out the way the car runs it gave it a lot more "umph" in the middle power band and some up top.

I was able to turn off the traction control, adjust for the different rear gear I have, tweak the idle a little, adjust when the high and low speed fans turn on and off, and change the rev limiter and speed limiter.

The Diagnostics and Live Data Logging is useful if you have something specific you are looking for and know how to use and read that information. It can be useful as a tool for sending info to the dealers to custom tune for you as you can download the info from a pass through the 1/4 mile or an lap at the track as well as a cruise down the road.

I have just ordered another one from partshopper.com here on Stangnet too since I now have 2 Mustangs in my Family. It's at a great price for less than $350 shipped if you use the coupon code!
