this is my temp engine that's going in soon...

stock short block (little wear but not too bad - new main bearings)
F303 cam
C9TE heads (stainless valves 1.96 ( or 1.94, don't remember 100%)/1.6) good port job
1.6 roller rockers
windage tray
also trying to get a performer rpm intake

my current block is knocking and sucking up oil+coolant but I'm sending that one out to get properly done (347 build) hehe

What year did C9TE heads come from? I've got C90E heads from a '69 351W. Mine are also ported/polished with 1.94/1.60 valves. You're doing a very similar build as i am, except i'll be running an X303 and Victor Jr intake with a 650 duel line Holley.
