omg...It's HIDEOUS!

There appears to be an improvement in quality of materials (minus the wooden dash). The dash cover looks like a better material as with the seats. Otherwise, I would say its direct thievery. Remember the Qvales around 2001? They were 2 seat Cobras.

I can't understand why you would purchase an automobile that is "cheap" and "hideous" on the inside.

If I don't like the looks of something (much less $20k-plus on an automobile), I don't buy it. That's a helluva lot of money to spend on something that you only kinda like.

Isn't it?

Because the performance outweights the poor interior. :) There are some things in the interior that I don't like; the center overhead light thing looks like it's out of an '86 taurus, for example. Regardless, I like the car overall. With some suspension mods, the handling is starting to match the power.

If we're talking about the newer GTO's, whats the point? So you love the interior but to the rest of the world it looks like youre driving an $8/hr. Grand Am? No thanks. The ugliest, blandest looking exterior styling possibly ever on a "sports car". Yuck. And that Avanti sucks too!

I love my 08 interior, and yes, the SN95 interiors (like the exterior of the GTO) also looked like absolute Kia/Hyundai/Yugo inspired garbage. Dont care how fast you can make one of those things, theres no way Id ever drive anything with such a butt-ugly interior. I used to have a 2001 Sebring LXI, now THAT was an interior.
