If you have a dremel and a decent drill I'd put a reinforcement plate behind it while it's out. That metal on the firewall tends to flex. Over time you can start to get cracks around the hole or the little angle to the left ( looking at the firewall )will start to become distorted. If yours isn't you are very lucky. It just takes a piece of steel cut in a square and a hole made in it for the adjuster. Some people put a couple screws in the plate to attach it. I don't do that....don't need it. The adjuster will hold it. Can cut some cardboard to make the shape needed for that spot just about 3 by 3 inches...might be 2.5. I haven't done it to my current car but it will be done.
