only starts sometimes

my mustang wont start sometimes it jus recently started having all these starting problems first it was a fuse then the eec fuse under the hood then it was the stater relay im out of ideas!!!!!! it will start sometimes then ill turn it off and try again and it wont but if i wait a little it may start sometimes and since its lowered and west texas has crazy weather sometimes i have to go through deep puddles i dont knw if that can cause a short or somethin -95 mustang gt short shifter, dropped 2 in. and a cai

I would check all your ground wires. There should be 3-4 in the engine-bay. Check battery cables at the battery and the alternator/starter.

Do you mean won't start but cranks or just won't crank? Probable solutions are very different. I'll assume it's the former. My guess it's one of these; PIP (stator) in the distributor, bad coil or TFI module.
