Ok, after reading the sites and searching I think I have my list of what to look for the front 5 lug sn95 swap. Let me know if this will work:

94-95: spindles, hubs.
99-up calipers for there better stopping ability
aftermarket cross drilled 13" rotors

Will the 13" rotors work with this setup and what lines will work? Do I have to get a different master cylinder and what are the ones to look for. Im wanting to run 18" saleen rims. Any other parts to look for?

yes that will work. get a 93 cobra m/c with a 1" bore. theres one bigger size and one smaller size but i think its best to go with that one, and it will work with whatever youve got on the rear (even stock p/v and 9" drums !!) get lines for the same car that you ordered the calipers for, to make sure they match the calipers. you will need a brake fitting for one of the hoses to the hard line, and the other one will bolt right up.

what are you going to do about bump steer? also, you might need 96-up spindles to move the wheels out a lil bit more on each side, to give you more inside clearance when you turn. this is a trade-off though, meaning you will lose some fender lip clearance if you use the 96-up spindles. however, bump steer will be better.

what is sn95 steering??? be more specific. don't think the steering racks are swappable, but even if they were, it's better to go with a flaming river rack.

99 -04 Regular V6 or GT Calipers will not work with 13" Rotors, you will need Cobra, Mach1, or Bullitt Rotors and Calipers if you want 13", and I wouldnt waste my $ on that Crossdrilled stuff. Ford used different Tie Rod Ends on 91-93 to correct for Bumpsteer, so if you are doing it on a 91-93 it will not be an issue at all, otherwise you may want 91-93 Outer Ends or a Bump Steer kit IF you have any problems.

from my understanding and i've read other people do this on here, 94-95 power steering rack in compatible for swap to a fox. i'm not sure what all in involved you'd have to do a search, but i've read it is pretty much no other mods needed for the swap and feel for the road is way better. you might be able to use 96-98 but do a search, there are threads on here about it.

nah, dont do 11" unless youre gonna use wheels smaller than 17". you are correct in saying that 99-04 calipers will stop slightly better than 94-98 calipers...however, you should be looking for 99-04 COBRA calipers like Shakerhood mentioned.

I dont believe it to be much different from a Fox, if I remember right you need to swap the Inner Tie Rods for Fox Ones which then force you to use Fox Outer Tie Rod Ends as the threads are different.
