Opinions..Road racing slicks on the strip

They will suck ass. RR tires are designed to have an extremely stiff side wall so that you can corner hard on it.

The trade off is that you don't get the sidewall flex you need to hook up.

Pass on them if drag racing is your thing.

Although they both share soft tread surfaces, they've still got much different rubber compounds. Aside from the ultra stiff side wall an autocross tire will have, I would imagine autocross tires will get "greasy" when heated, unlike drag radials that get "tacky".

I would save the $100 you'd spend on them and save up another $200 on a set of real drag radials and save the autocross rubber for the road racers.
 
They might be better than basic radials but nothing like drag radials or slicks. The sidewall as mentioned is extremely stiff and will break loose easy. I think this subject has been up several times here.
