Ok I need some advise, hears what I'm thinking about doing.

My 93 needs a new front bummper ( cracked on the bottom), new lights(faded), and the hood, bumpers, and wing painted, the rest of the car is tits, but the noise has really bad crows feet. I'm probally going to go with a OEM ford bumper because I want it to fit right, I've talked to a few shops, and the all are around the same price. I dont want to paint the whole car because it really looks good and I dont want to spend tons of cash, My total budget is $2000. Any advise on shops around here locally? I'm considering having Northwest Autobody , down by AFP do it, they seem to be the most reasonable and have a life time warranty. I'm good with a buffer and plan on having them paint the hood, bumpers, and and maybe wing, and having them install the new front bumper, then pulling off all the moldings and doing a good cut and buff to the old paint. What do you all think ? It's a pretty nice car, and I want a nice cruiser, not a show car. Also considering a cowl hood or maybe a Saleen wing if i can aford it.
