Painting advice?

I am getting a hood and a new front bumper. Can anyone either post a quick write-up or direct me to a step by step set of directions as well as a supply list? I am just not sure what all I need, hardeners, clears etc...and if there is a difference in painting a fiberglass hood vs a urethane bumper? Thanks guys(and girls)

Air compressor, paint gun, desiccant filter, respirator, paint suit, filler (and spreader, sandpaper, wax and grease remover, tack rags, latex gloves,....), paint, reducer, clearcoat and hardener, primer surfacer (Y2k primer), paper to mask off, tape, and more.
