parling brake ??

I am in the process of replacing my back brakes (drums) and my hardware kit came with metal c-clips. They list the part as a parking brake pin lock. Where do these go because I did not have any hooked up when I took the brakes apart. thanks

generic kit,c-clip not used on your car....

those are called horseshoe clips. there is a lever on each side that attaches to one of the shoes and to the ebrake cable. the horseshoe clip holds the ebrake lever to the shoe. it's on the inside (inboard side) of the brakes, so you have to take them apart to see it.
