Part numbers for ECU and harness

I am going to be swapping out my auto for a manual. I need an ECU from a manual 99 GT and the transmission wiring harness to go along with it. What are the Ford part numbers for these two parts and what code should I be looking for on the ECU? I believe its a four letter code like JRX0. Thanks.

there are several PCM's for the 1999 wth a manual trans, more info needed. you can give me a call at the dealership, 410-655-2000 parts ext 5618.
on the trans harness, you'll need XR3Z-15525-BA ($58.02 retail) for a manual trans wth a SOHC.

Is this transmission harness for the 99? And what info do you need for the PCM? How much do they usually run?
