Pay the taxes and rent out the GT. It can be a new side gig.

Always wanted to see a Foxbody listed on here

https://turo.com/

Curious how long it would last before being totaled?

Pay the $6k, insure it for $15k, rent that sucker out and see what happens

(Not serious)

Tell me about it...and that shipping cost is also when I order stuff. A $25 dollar part that you guys will get free shipping on sometimes costs me more for shipping than the part costs.

I sold something on fleabay that went to Hawaii by UPS Ground.
Think about that a minute.
And UPS Air was going to cost even more than driving a brown truck all that way.
I was sure to warn in auctions after that shipping to HI and AK were available at a higher rate.

Sold the interior and smoked headlights. Almost at break even status.

Well.....its gone. It was stripped pretty clean. I know, the doors and fenders were good. I just do not have space. No, I do not want to rent a storage unit. Sometimes you have to just let it go. I made money, I got a complete 5 speed swap out of it, and have a complete running engine that I still need to sell. Not bad.

General karthief

wonder how much it would cost to ship you a pair

As I write this I understand your predicament with this car..
The mid 70's into the 80's saw some amazing cars crushed when it was felt they would never be worth anything again...... Always sad for me when I see a decent car crushed...........
My A12 car ( in the pic) was crashed 30 days after I sold it ( $700 in 74 ) and crushed.... I am sure it could have been repaired in todays value ( $100,000 K )
