Hello all. I've had the parts sitting around for 9 months and decided now was the time. The trans was already out waiting on a new clutch to come in so I thought what the hell.
Coming out:
Tired stock heads and intake
stock trashed motor mounts
mac shorties
pacifica x-pipe
stock rockers
Going in:
Brodix ST 50 heads
Old school GT-40 intake
BBK longtubes w/ catted H
ford 1.6 roller rockers
prothane motor mounts
Day 1 got me as far as getting down to the lower intake and heads. No snags so far except a few broken vac lines. I'm going to try and finish by the weekend, putting in a few hrs each day after work. Hopefully there won't be any suprises when I pull the heads off. My biggest concern is getting the rockers adjusted right the first time. Wish me luck and feel free to send any pointers.
