PI intake swap help..please please please!

ok I have it almost torn down and ran into this problem. I cant get the fuel lines off of the fuel rails and I was hoping to switch out the fuels rails to the new intake out of the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Heres a pic of the problem. Oh and this my first time working on an engine to this degree other than small fixes and maintence,once i got this far I stopped and stared at my motor and thought "boy Im gonna miss drivin this thing until I save up enough money to have someone put it back together". God I hope this works.

You need to buy a Ford diconnect tool available at any auto parts store.

A/C disconnect tools also work well if you have them lying around.

The ones that work the best for me are the little plastic circles. They have a slit in them that fits around the fitting and then you just pull them towards the line.
