hey i just sold a set of pi heads with cams and intake for my friends 97 GT. the guy wants me to install them in his car. i've removed a set of head gaskets before in a 4.6 but never done a swap. what do i have to look for as far a differances in heads. And what are all the parts and tools ill need to do the job right. ive got access to Alldata online as a guide. is there any good write ups out there to help me?

I'd imagine a headswap would be exactly like changing a gasket, except instead of replacing a gasket and putting the old heads back on you'd just skip the gasket part and put new heads on. That's just a guess though!

more or less, the link given helps. If i remember right, it's still like a 4 hour job, and thats out of the car. I'd sugest a chilton manual and an air rachet for sure
