That pic was taken earlier this winter. That puddle was huge & was there for a couple of weeks. It was about the size of a big swimming pool, but wasnt very deep. I would drive my car right up to the edge of the water & find the best angle. This location rocks... Its kinda like a huge parking lot, but in a desolate area of downtown sac, so know one messes with you. If u look closely in the background u can see part of the sacramento skyline.
