Its about 6:00AM and we just got back from pulling a couple of mustang engines at my shop.

I also pulled the turbo engine out of the 93 ranger I bought/sold last month. I convinced him to do the easy thing and do a 302 swap. I got the engine, La2, Big vam, and another DP N/A 2.3 that came out of the truck(so there's another ranger cam.) I gave $50 and an adustable clutch cable that touched the header once. :)

So I'll be dropping that into the pinto next weekend. I'll post pics sometime then too.

when do i get to see the MGB??? Im swapping in the spring finally. Im gathering the rest of the parts i need over the winter.

P.S. did you ever find that valve cover? and do you know if it'll fit under an 87/88 style TC intake

I'll take $1500 for the TC from a stangnet, turboford member. I would also like to see my hybrid on it just to see how quick it would go.

I found the valve cover and in the next day or so I'll take a pic for you. I'll also mock up the intakes to see if it will clear. I think I plugged a vacuum port that hit the valve cover and everything was ok.

Here's a pic from when I got it. It looks a lot different now....I put onw headlight in, the dash is mocked up and its been waxed. :p

nice dude, let me know when you find out if it'll fit or not. That MG looks to be in decent shape. Not my first choice of colors but that was a popular color for that car. I am really curious how much clearance you have under the hood of that thing. I have been wondering what the DP motor would do in The MG. even 105 HP would be pretty quick in that car. I have a feeling though the motor is to tall to fit under mt shorter Midget Bonnet. Looks good though. Get some motor shots when you get a chance.
