Well, I am planning on getting the car out this coming weekend. You guys have seen mock up pics but now everything is basically bolted up. I have to finish plumbing the fuel, run the vaccum lines and finish up some odds and ends.

Notice I got the painted radiator cover back as well. I think these are the first pics with that back on the car.

I had a little custom touch I was going to finish the intake with, but because of some equipment problems I didn't get it done this last weekend. It should finish off the intake real nice.

What do you guys think?

dude, I can only hope that someday I have an engine bay that even comes close to that...its amazing. Every picture I see of your bay inspires me to do more to mine.

I'll be interested to see what you do to the upper :nice:

BTW the seats won't be in for Carlisle :( ...but who knows we may run into each other another time this summer, I plan to ge them before too long.

dan your not gonna be at carisle?

no no no... I'm still going to Carlisle... I just had planned to get new seats for it (and a rear seat delete), but some other things got in the way and they take 2-3 weeks for delivery, so by the time I would get them it would be too late, because I would need to fab up adapters to bolt the sliders to my power tracks, etc...

I've still got a couple new things goin on though, unfortunately most of them are under the car. I did some suspension upgrades over the past couple weeks...and I'm dropping the car off tomorrow morning for a little motor work and a little powdercoating :D

When I did my seats, I only had to drill 2 new holes in the stock power seat tracks and make the other 2 alittle bigger to bolt mine up. Basically the same procedure on the pass seat. It may not be as hard as you think, you might just have to pull them out and check it out first.

I'm counting on you here, lol!

very nice, i just had my entire front suspension powdercoated, my sway bars powder coated, and getting 54" traction bars in tomorrow that are also powdercoated silver....and have a nice addition to the top of my motor coming in the mail tomorrow and i can't wait to see her...ohh that reminds me tom we need to take off the eaton inside sticker on my back glass and replace it with something that says kb 2.6 inside or come up with something clever

Sorry man, but even if I ordered them right now I wouldn't have them in time for the show. :bang:

OH, lol.

I just hoping that I don't run into any serious issues that I didn't expect with the car that may keep me from going to carlisle. I got some tuning to do, so hopefully that goes smoothly. It always has in the past as I have done a good job myself but last year my wideband was screwing up, I think I fixed it, but I won't know till I start it up.

You do some sick work :nice: . What is this like your 2nd custom bay in that car? you and Oink (were has he gone too) have just SICK skills with bays.

I think Oink has started up a turbo kit fabrication business, so I would imagine he is busy with that. I hope that it works out well for him, I can't think of many people that deserve to be more successful in the aftermarket than oink. He's a stand up guy and infinitely talented
