SASKATOON
So... at the begining of Jan, something happened to my car. Someone hit the front bumper when it was parked at work. It cracked about a 1/2 foot line and also broke the fog light bracket. SO...

My girlfriend (who's in autobody) took it to school and fixed up the cracks and will be painting it next week along with a weird clearcoated wheel well lip all for the cost of $40 (thats for materials and paint) So I'm a happy camper. Here are a few small pics of the progress...

Also it was nice out today and I had the weird occasion of a day off so I washed the snake to shed a layer of skin (or dirt and road grime) and 1/2 assed waxed it (it won't last long anyways). I only got a few pics and from it's good side (without the 1/2 painted bumper and weird clearcoated lip) and the camera ran out of juice too....

This did give a chance to show off a few new things (licence plate, rear springs now put in too, new 3.5" rolled tips and the 1.5" rear wheel spacers)
I'll put up some better pics when I get it back again next week sometime.

Thanks everyone!!

I especially like the comment that it looks like yours 40th GT (thats what I'm going for now).

I think I might have to put my summer tires on one of these days too... I'm wanting too much to drive it like it was meant to (and I have my winters on still so they will be down to nothing if I keep doing it)

and yes, I do agree... wheel spacers FTW!! If I didn't have them I'd be another $1600 poorer buying some other tires and rims to fill the wheelwells.

sweet!:nice: I love the plate you should make that your sn now:D I been trying to think of something cool like that to use but no luck here.

would think the wheels would stick out more with 1.5 spacers though, guess it all depends on the wheels. did you put those spacers on in the front too?
