I have voltage at pin 17 with the EEC removed, key on, engine off and I'm unsure as to why. Is this a normal state for the car? I can't seem to find where this pin should be getting voltage from in the veryuseful.com diagram, and my 1992 shop manual doesn't even indicate that it splices into any of the sensors that veryuseful indicates. Should this wire be getting 12v while the EEC is removed with Key On Engine Off?
