PIP VS. TPS

what are the Symptoms of either going bad, right now my car has a rpm deppendent stumble, that is worse when cold, at about 1/4 throttle when the rpms reach about 3 grand it feels like someone hit a switch and the car comes on alot stonger, almost like the timming went up all the sudden, can either the pip or the tps cuase rpm deppendant problem with NO CODES,

note+ new plugs wires and cap rotor are instaled...

was it doing this before you replaced the plugs , cap, and rotor? did you clean the maf when you changed the stuff too? i don't think the miss is due to the pip. if it was, the car would die or not start. as for the tps, you could run some tests with a multi meter with the sensor unpluged to make sure there is no dead spot in the tps.

unplug the tps and place the voltmeter on resistance setting, place the leads on the tps wires ( pick any 2) then slowly rotate the throttle lever and make sure the readings change slowly and consistantly. it would be easier to observe with an analog meter but a digital will work too.

My car recently started doing this too sometimes. Runs fine when it's up to temp and only does it when it's really cold outside. Not sure what it is as I haven't bothered to check it out yet. I will report back my findings once I mess with it though.
